Congratulations on Becoming a Substitute for Conroe ISD!



Things to Bring to Substitute New Hire Orientation:

  • Original documents to satisfy the requirements for the I-9 form.  
        - Typically, new hires elect to bring their Social Security card and original Driver's License.
        - You can provide alternate original ID for the I-9 (listed on page 9 of the I-9 form).
        - We are unable to hire you if you can not provide original documents.

  • Social Security Card
        - Please bring your original social security card for payroll purposes
        - If you are issued a new social security card, you may bring the "Receipt" with you to orientation.

                - Bring a copy of your college transcript (unofficial or official) showing a minimum of 60 earned hours.
                - Bring a copy of your Texas teaching certificate, if applicable.
                - If you earned a foreign degree, you must provide a transcript evaluation from an approved evaluation service.

                - Bring a copy of your college transcript (unofficial or official) showing a minimum of 60 earned hours.
                - Bring a copy of your Texas RN License and CPR card.
                - Minimum 12 months of nursing experience required.

                - Bring a copy of your Texas LVN License and CPR card.
                - Minimum 12 months of nursing experience required.

               - Bring a copy of your High School diploma or GED.


  • New Hire Forms:
        - Print and complete each of these forms listed below.
        - ALL applicants are required to complete ALL forms.
        
Use your Social Security Number for the EIN.
